When you place an order at Java Jam Coffee, it goes straight into our queue, where each order is treated as unique. Every batch is hand-roasted in the order it is received, Monday through Friday. Once roasted, your coffee is carefully packed, sealed, and shipped the same day to ensure peak freshness.

We proudly offer FREE SHIPPING to all customers within the United States.

Our shipments are handled by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. From the moment your order is roasted and leaves our facility, transit typically takes 2–5 business days, with delivery usually arriving 1–5 business days after shipping. This careful process ensures your coffee arrives at the peak of its flavor.

Please note: because we roast and ship each order individually to preserve freshness, expedited shipping is not available.
